The guest room that still smells of smoke. The bin centre nobody wants to walk past. Cleared in minutes, not covered up, Body odours, cooking, rubbish and renovation smells removed.
When the neighbours can smell your kitchen, the problem is already outside the building. We treat it inside the duct and exhaust hood
Reduce reliance on conventional cleaning chemicals with on-demand sustainable ozonated water solutions. Fewer chemicals to buy, store, mix and throw away — and nothing left on the surface to attract dirt or dust.
Green water clear in 24 hours. High-performance ozone systems for aquatic life support, aquaculture, and industrial water treatment.
Stop guessing. Measure what your building is actually doing, then prove the fix worked. Air quality monitors, ozone meters and control options to help you track conditions, investigate concerns and check system performance.
Air purification to reduce airborne particles and humidity control for homes, offices and everyday indoor environments.

Fixed and handheld air quality monitors for Singapore buildings. CO2, dust, formaldehyde, chemicals, ozone and more.
Different problems need different fixes. High COâ‚‚ is a ventilation problem. Fine particles are a filtration problem.
Odours and VOCs are a source and treatment problem. Guessing costs money and fixes nothing.
We measure first, tell you what is actually there, and correct the thing that is wrong — not the thing that sounds likely.
Most air quality complaints are not what people assume. A stuffy room or an unusual smell can have more than one cause. Air quality measurements can help guide the next step. A musty smell also needs a check for dampness or mould. Do not assume it will go away on its own.
Measuring first tells you whether you have a problem, what kind, and whether the fix worked. It is also the only way to show a tenant or an auditor that anything actually changed. Monitoring shows how conditions change over time.
We help you choose the next step: monitoring, a site assessment or a treatment solution suited to the problem.
A fixed monitor that runs continuously and keeps a record you can look back on with their FOC WiFi or BT enabled dashboard.
It measures eleven parameters on one device: CO2, PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 dust, formaldehyde, chemicals, nitrogen oxides, temperature, humidity, air pressure, background noise and light level. Very few monitors cover noise and light as well as air.
A handheld meter used by the US EPA, TUV and NEA for spot checks and site investigations. Change the sensor head to measure the pollutant you need to check, such as ozone or selected gases.
Each head has its own range and uses. Tell us what you need to measure so we can select a suitable head.
Ozone meters and controllers, built for one job and extremely good at it.
Where ozone is being generated, this is how you check the level. A controller can switch the generator on and off automatically to keep the reading inside a set range.
Used in plant rooms, bin centres and anywhere ozone equipment is running unattended.
Commercial air quality monitors used by Google, Microsoft and Salesforce, across more than 100 WELL projects worldwide.
What is the Sensedge Duct?
Featuring a robust duct-mount installation and a dual-probe air sampling design, the Sensedge Duct is a professional-grade in-duct air quality monitor that measures multiple air quality and environmental parameters within supply or return air ducts, delivering accurate, reliable, real-time insights of the air distributed through your HVAC.
Kaiterra also measures ozone, which the Atmocube does not.

Product information and technical details will be available soon.
We do not only sell the instruments. We use them.
We have measured ion concentration at sixty separate points across an entire multi-storey facility, floor by floor, with swab tests and independent air quality testing alongside.
We own a calibrated ozone meter, an air ion counter and handheld VOC instruments, and IAQ monitors and we will bring them to your site.
Site measurements are available on request to help investigate a concern or check a treatment system.
For a before-and-after check, we agree what to measure and where to take the readings. We record the conditions so the results can be compared fairly.
Changes in occupancy, ventilation and outdoor air can affect the results. A lower reading alone does not prove what caused the change.
Our own measurements are for engineering decisions — sizing equipment, proving a system works, and checking it still works a year later.
When you need an accredited laboratory report, for a tenancy agreement or an audit, we have worked with TÜV SÜD Singapore, who are accredited and recognised worldwide. We also work with other similarly accredited IAQ measurement firms when appropriate.
We will tell you which one you actually need. They are not the same thing and they do not cost the same.
Start with the concern you need to investigate. Common checks include carbon dioxide (COâ‚‚), fine airborne particles, temperature and humidity. Formaldehyde and other gases may also matter after renovation or when new furniture arrives.
COâ‚‚ can help assess ventilation, but it does not show every air quality problem.
Fixed if you need a record over time, or want to show a tenant the air is fine. Handheld if you are chasing one problem in one place. Many buildings end up with both.
Yes, to some degree. We can discuss site measurements for your project. Tell us about the concern, your location and the information you need.
Before work starts, we will agree the measurements and whether you need routine site readings or an accredited test report.Â
For official testing we work with TÜV SÜD Singapore, who are accredited as well as other accredited IAQ Consultants.Â
The current Atmocube model does not measure ozone. Atmocube is currently in the process of having its ozone sensors certified, after which they are expected to be incorporated into an upgraded model.
For ozone measurement, I recommend Kaiterra sensors for fixed monitoring, or Aeroqual and Ecosensors for portable handheld monitoring.
Yes…
The Atmocube can. It speaks Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT, and BACnet through a gateway. It connects over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or RS-485, and it can be powered over Ethernet so you only run one cable.
That means the readings go into your building management system rather than sitting on a separate dashboard, and air quality can drive equipment automatically instead of waiting for somebody to notice a number.
If you would rather not touch the building system, it also runs on its own cloud dashboard with a mobile app.
Selected Kaiterra and ProMedUSA/PurAire IAQ Monitors and sensors also support Modbus and MQTT. BACnet connection uses a gateway. Network and power options depend on the model.
Send us your building system’s requirements so compatibility can be checked before ordering. A separate dashboard is also available for viewing readings without a building-system connection.
Yes. We own a Jaoanese calibrated air ion counter, which measures both positive and negative ions. It is a different instrument from an ozone meter and not something most suppliers in this market have.
Yes. The Atmocube is RESET Grade B accredited and works with WELL.
Kaiterra is also certified for these certifications and is used in over 100+ countries.
It contributes up to 5 points under WELL v2, covering air quality monitoring, thermal comfort and long-term humidity data. Under LEED it contributes 1 point for new construction and between 2 and 10 points for existing buildings, depending on the levels you achieve.
It also supports sensor module replacement, which matters for WELL v2 annual recertification — you are not replacing the whole unit every year.
Monitoring can support a certification project when the equipment and measurement plan meet its requirements.Â
Buying a monitor does not certify the building or guarantee points. Ask your project assessor to confirm the model, placement, data and maintenance requirements for the scheme you are using.
Send us your certification target and we will tell you exactly which points the monitoring covers.
Yes. We support Singapore and Malaysia directly, including East Malaysia, and we have dealers across the wider region in Indonesia, and Macedonia.
Yes. Our ProMedUSA/PurAire, Kaiterra, and, to some degree, Atmocube air quality monitors can interface directly with our PurAire bipolar ionisers and automatically adjust ionisation levels based on the pollutants they detect.
These systems can monitor air quality in offices or directly inside your air ducts. Contact us for more information.
We supply monitors from Kaiterra, Atmocube, Aeroqual and EcoSensors across Singapore and Malaysia. And we bring our own instruments to your site, before and after, so you are working from numbers rather than assumptions.
