UV SG7000T36 Pro Ozone Generator
A serious commercial machine. Same physical size as the SG3000 and SG4200, but with 6 output levels from 1,200 up to 7,000 mg/h, covering spaces up to 29,000 cubic metres. This is what goes into the hardest jobs — compactor rooms, large refuse areas and heavy renovation work.
The UV SG7000T36 Pro can handle a space of up 29,000 m³ in about two hours. About 775 m³ in under 10 minutes.
The outer case is 18 gauge brushed 316 stainless steel — rust proof, and built to be left running in a bin room or a plant room without complaint. The UV tubes sit in industrial shock mounts.Â

What It Is Used For
Bin centres and grease trap rooms. Compactor rooms. Large refuse and waste areas. Heavy renovation and fit-out. Hotel rooms and property engineering after building work. Fire and flood restoration. Musty and mildew-related odours. Certain kitchen exhaust ducts and AHUs and HVAC plant. Large warehouses.
These UV ozone generators are often in empty rooms or bin centres or a space where people walk in and out of quickly. Otherwise, turn the unit off and wait a few minutes for the ozone to revert back into plain oxygen before going back into the room.
Maintenance
Replace the rear filter on the back about every three months, depending on how dirty it gets. It takes less than 30 seconds (snaps on and off) needs no tools, and your own staff can do it. Replacement filters cost just $3.00 each.
The UV tubes typically last two to four years in normal use and we supply replacements. Depending on the environment, occasionally open the UV SG7000 and wipe down the tubes with soap and water, or preferably alcohol, and let them dry thoroughly before turning the unit back on. Again, you can do it yourself. You don’t need a maintenance contract.

Warranty
ProMedUSA UV ozone generators carry six years on the machine and two years unconditionally (not pro-rated) on the UV tubes. If the machine fails inside six years we repair it free of charge. If the UV tube fails inside two years we replace it free of charge.

About 10 to 15 minutes for a 775 cubic metre room. One to two hours for 29,000 cubic metres. A stronger smell takes longer.
There are six levels, from 1,200 to 7,000 mg/hr, set on three switches at the back. A bigger space or a stronger smell needs a higher level. On mounted jobs in grease trap rooms we usually run on level 5 or 6.
Yes. It can run around the clock, or on a wall timer. One unit has been mounted in a shopping mall grease trap room for six years.
About 15,000 hours. That is roughly two years in normal use.
Snap the rear filter off, throw it away and put a new one in. It takes about a minute, costs $3.00 and you do it yourself. Do this every three months or so in normal use, more often in a grease trap room or on a dusty site.
Depending on how dirty and dusty the room is, every six months to a year, open the unit up and wipe down the tubes with an alcohol swab.
